7:30 p.m. - Pumped both Breasts for 15 mins each.

Things are going very well

And the results are starting to show .
I have gained almost an inch across the BUST

I can feel some shake/jiggle while walking

Again this week , the

The previous weeks More feelings , and more often .
My nipples are erect
Most of the time . I definitely notice the difference
When running, or a fast pace up or down stairs .
I can see growth , I can feel the jiggle
And when sleeping , especially on my stomach, I can feel
The growth as I lay in bed .
My wife has noticed a change in the size
I have gained another ½”
Band size is still 36”
Bust is now 39 ½” ( started at 38” )

Yes – The occasional joke , and one of the girls who

When you have a good bra , it feels so good , and especially
With a soft satin lining --- the nipples rub against the
lining And gives a wonderful sensation as well as keeping
the nipples Erect & hard I can really feel the sensations

like a good feeling that it is growing . The nipples &
Areolas have not grown much – but that’s ok –

APRIL1 – APRIL 7, 2007
I start the week a whole
2 & ¾ “ bigger in the bust than when I started
back on January 23 of this year – I am overjoyed --
Finally a product that delivers what they say --- This is
so rare – but they are for real !!!!
What Amy says will happen
----- WILL HAPPEN -- I figured I would be the one that would
not be able to grow breasts WRONG !!!!!!
I am wearing a bra daily
– a nice 36 D push up in red with a satin lining in
the cups – that feels sooooo sexy !!!! The satin rubbing
against my erect nipples drives me C-R-A-Z-Y !!!!! The jiggle
inside the bra is amazing !
I will be following
my usual routine One Pill at 6:00 a.m. , 2:00 p.m. and one
before supper One full dropper of fulfillment liquid after
supper Breast cream at 6:00
am and after evening shower (
I can imagine the results with more pills 2 or 3 at those
times )
There has been tingles
& twitches and an itchiness all week And
this is a good sign of growth – but I don’t think
I will grow At the same rate
I have been growing – no proof of that – just
a feeling Measurement day is
Sunday , of this week Easter Sunday !!!!

A growth of 3 full inches in 10 weeks I love it when I look

was a flat chest 10 weeks ago So as of today I measure Band
size is 36” same as when I started Bust

----32” ( was a 34” ) Hips

I am starting this week
a full 3” larger than when I started !!!!! This will

after evening shower I have ordered a few more things –
a bar of soap, a bottle of Fulfillment liquid & pills

I have received quite a few e-mails from people asking about
NATUREDAY – and from various CD/TG groups KEEP EM COMING
!!!!!!!! I am getting all the tingles, twitches & itching
, so I am still growing. Also , I am getting very significant
rounding in the Breast Area They , both side , are getting
very round , and I guess the muscle Behind , is coming forward
--- I have that bump that makes the Breast stick out –
at the top of the chest – I LOVE IT !!!!!!! This is
going to look awesome in some sexy tops this summer !!!!
I found that when I am driving or sitting I can flex the
muscles that are Right behind the breast area – and
I am sure this will help to increase my Bust size --- Just
suck in your stomach and the breast muscle will flex Try
and keep it flexed as much as possible – and it feels
good – and this Will also help to trim your tummy
I did NOT wear a bra
one day – and with walking & stairs etc , and with
The extra 3” on my chest
– by the end of the day – my boobs hurt !!! I
wont do that again !!!!! I WILL wear a bra – although

was going up & down stairs and walking --- This is great

21, 2007
So as I start the 12th
week using NATUREDAY I am just a bit over 41” in the
chest – I started at 38” The weekly routine will
continue – 1 pill at 6:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m.
And just before dinner --- 1 dropper of liquid fulfillment
after dinner And Breast Cream at 6:00 a.m. , and after the
evening shower Here I am on WEEK # 12 -- using Natureday
I still feel growth, tingles & itchiness – I wear
a bra every day I am personally still amazed , when I look
down at my chest and see the breast That have grown , and
are still growing . It is such a strange feeling in the
shower When I soap my chest, and my hands go over these
2 mounds IT IS WONDERFUL !!!!!!! AND WHAT I WANTED !!!!!
In case you missed it – my new goal is to get a D –
CUP !!!! I am definitely on my way As of tonight , and I
just measured myself – I am now -- 41-1/4” In
all I am growing at a rate of just over 1” per month

We start this week now

year – so I am growing at just over 1” a month
I now have noticed that

Trust me --- SIZE does make

HI – I start his

My gain in the last week was not as before --- but I did

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !!!! My routine will be the same except I
have received another order including the soap – which
I will be applying 1 hour before I shower each evening -
and prior to using the soap – I will apply hot cloths
to open the pores on my bust
Last week I only gained
about 1/8” -- but I got a lot of volume & rounding
.This adds to the mass of the breast – and I can fill
a BRA much better ( SEE THE PIC OF ME IN A BATHING SUIT
) Many of the questions from men are about “ SIDE EFFECTS
“ , such as loss of sex drive , or the ability to acquire

Well as I said there
was no growth last week but I did get more rounding So
I start this wee with a total growth so far of -- 3-1/2”I
started at 38” I am now 41-1/2” Its
been an interesting week – After speaking with Amy
, I have decided to do as she has suggested and change my
routine I will be after breakfast put some cream on my breasts
Then about an hour after lunch, take 3 fulfillment pills
About mid afternoon, apply more breast cream About an hour
after dinner – 3 droppers of liquid fulfillment Apply
soap about an hour before my evening shower Then after shower
– apply more breast cream I wanted to increase size
and volume as well as my size
At this point – I am still the same size that I started
this week Again I am not disappointed – I have read
that others gained in the 1st few weeks then it seemed to
slow down – but only to start up again We shall see
what happens.

WEEK 17 MAY 20TH TO

I am starting this week
at about the same size as I started last week--- so I have
not had any growth for the last 2 weeks --- not to worry
– I trust Amy and what she has directed me to do so
I will get bigger. I have definitely
gained in the rounding & Fullness department I am also
convinced that wear a bra daily has helped to form and round
the breast area .
I went out and got 5 new bras – all are 36D cup size
I got a red, 1 in black, 1 in blue, 1 in white , & a
blue flowered All are the UNDERWIRE style, and the fit pretty
good I can fill about ¾ of the cup of a 36D –
DAMN – I am happy about that I have decided that posting
weekly may be too much – so I will post bi-weekly after
this week -- unless there is something worth a post Kelly

TIPS & TRICKS

This is what helped me to achieve the results i have
gotten
When I was using the Natureday soap , I would
use hot cloths , a hot as I could stand it, on the breast
area to open the pores -- I would then apply the Soap
and workit in, and leave it there ..... I applied the soap
at least 1 hour before I took a shower
After a shower, use hot cloths on
breast areas
before applying the breast cream -- the hot cloths
open the chest pores, to better receive the cream
and having a better effect

I was on NAtureday, for approx 10 months
, and in that time I used approximately a years worth of
product -- and i have grown breasts that i am a good "
C - CUP " , and it has stayed with me -- i have not
lost a lot -- although i did a bit , but not much I know
the NATUREDAY Product worked for me , and they clearly state
that it does not work for everyone, however I have been
in touch with many NATUREDY cistomer , over the last 18
months , and so far there has only been 1 person that I
know of where it did not work , and from what I know of
this person, she has a -pacemaker , and other medical problems,
which may have contributed to NATUREDAY , not working for
her -- She also had an extremely poor & negative attitade
and expected the product to work overnight --- s we all
know -- NOTHING works overnight ---------- It took me 6-8
weeks before I saw any REAL 'GROWTH I personally feel that
the Breast Pump, helped a lot , and i use it from the start
-- some have said its not needed Yes --- I am a male and
yes i have gained over 3" to my breast area , and i
now wear a bra ( 36D ) daily I started as a 36 flat -- and
have grown, to what you see in the pics on the NATUREDAY
site -- and AMY is wonderful to work with I am not using
it now, but I plan to re-order , as I want to get bigger
The only reason I have not updated with NAtureday, is that
there is nothing ne to tell about --- my life has gotten
very busy , but I have not really lost anything I gained
from using NATUREAY Follow what i did -- it worked
