I started using the liquid about two weeks ago, and have noticed some tenderness and soreness. I have noticed some results already - although nothing major just yet. My hopes are that these symptoms are coming from the liquid. I also have a two months supply of the pills, but am just currently taking the pills. I have to say, I have a really hard time taking the liquid - it takes horrible. I have found a few strategies in taking it and keeping it down though.
