Hi!! this is my after picture and I must say that the cream and the liquid I use works wonders!!...I don't take the liquid orally..I just rub it on the breast and right after that I use the cream...and trust me that helps soooo much because I used to take just the cream and when I started using the liquid too it helped grow the breast so much faster..
