If you have inverted nipples or just want longer, thicker nipples you have got to order the Natureday nipple suckers. I have been using them for 2 weeks, 2 to 3 times a day for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and my nipples have doubled in length and thickness and I started out with almost nothing. Now if you have never breast fed or used nipple clamps they might be slightly uncomfortable but not excruciating and if you get too sore just stop using them for a couple of days.
