Hi Tina, This is so much fun for me. And I am committed to Natureday, as I now know it works for sure. I spent hours getting my measurements exactly right before I started taking the liquid, pills and cream. I have taken 2 droppers of the liquid in the morning. The cream 3 times a day (fully rubbed in), 3 pills in the evening and a few drops of the liquid on my nipples 3 times a day as well.
