I have been using the products on and off for almost a year. The size seems to fluctuate a lot when I change my diet or do some exercises. I am still a 30B(US) cup although it gets fuller. Is it because I do not use it continuously? I mean, I do follow it faithfully for a full two-three months and then had stop for awhile because I couldn't keep up with the routine. I usually order the eight-month pack that has only the liquid and cream and soap. Are he Pills really necessary? Because I thought just the liquid is enough because I was told it is stronger. I do drink coffee but probably 2-3 times a week and never drink more than 16oz at a time. I've been doing some workout that includes punching which tones my arms but seem to decrease my breast fat . What can I do to make this work faster???
